Meet Lyndsay

Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC)
Canadian Clinical Supervisor (CCS)
Registered Drama Therapist (RDT)

EMDR Practitioner

Having practiced counselling for over a decade, I am professionally trained as a creative arts therapist, also obtaining a certificate in Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapy and Complex Trauma; further training in EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Yoga for trauma treatment. I continue to update my training with focus on holistic trauma treatment

I empathize with those that take the first step in making the call to make changes in their lives - it can feel so hard! Therapy is anything but showing weakness, it takes courage and self awareness and an ability to be with yourself in a way you haven't before. I admire this most in my clients, and really look forward to working with you.

is psychotherapy approach that helps individuals process traumatic memories and experiences.
